News about Harkaway Lodge Fergus from the Spry family in Richmond, Tasmania.
It has been along time since we have been in touch so I thought I would bring you up to date on all our news.
No foals this season, we decided to have a year off, but have been busy with plenty of other things.
Fergus has been out and about this last year, eventing, a bit off dressage and horror of horror (for me) showing at the Hobart Summer Royal.
He competed in the the Southern Tasmania Eventing Champs and after a good dressage test was coming a creditable third with Alice aboard, cross country next and cruising through the course, past the water in style but was eliminated at the very large drop jump ( he hates jumping down of anything).We have since solved that problem and he should get through it this year.
At the summer Royal he was entered in the riding classes and came home with champion ridden stallion ribbon. All Hail Fergus !!!!!!! (ha ha)
