Royal Melbourne Summer Horse Show March 2008
The Royal has been and gone for another year in sweltering heat.
The Highland classes at the Royal Melbourne show seem to attract the heat. Our classes were again this year held in 40C+ temperatures and a howling gale blowing dust everywhere and tents & flags flapping away! It was not particularily horse friendly but we all managed and the Highlands were impeccably behaved.
Needless to say not too many photo's were taken as we just wanted to escape back to our floats!
The Highland classes were judged by Joy Jones from Victoria. Results were as follows:
