Today, Hannah from Melyra View Equine Services came out for us to start breaking Pilgrim in. He was absolutely amazing! Pilgrim has been saddled and sat on before in the yard so that was nothing new, but this time we did it out in the open paddock. Pilgrim was super relaxed, to get him moving I walked around the paddock and he followed, we did this for a few minutes before Hannah asked him to move off on his own and Pilgrim did as if he had been doing it for years! He even broke into a trot, still very relaxed and not bothered by anything.
