Amber is a lovely sweet mare. She was shown successfully as a young pony winning the Champion Highland Pony at the Royal Melbourne show as a 4yo. She also won the APSB Victorian Branch 2yo Foal Futurity and Champion Yopungstock Mountain & Moorland at the Gippsland APSB Show.

She is currently a brood mare and has had 2 foals to date. Her first foal was a black filly by Harkaway Lodge McMillan, named Harkaway Lodge Hannah. Hannah has been retained by the stud as a future brood mare and is now 3yrs.

Her 2nd foal died in utero and Amber had to have an emergency ceasarian to remove the foal which was stuck in her pelvis. She was rushed to the Cranbourne Veterinary hospital, where the procedure took place. She has recovered very well and had a year off. She is now in foal to Harkaway Lodge Glengarry and is due in December 2008.
